Westbrook Village is an active adult community offering a golf retirement lifestyle, located in the Northern part of Peoria and was built during the early 1980's - late 1990's by the now defunct builder UDC. Its impressive entrance, shown in this photo greets residents and guests to its quietly winding streets. 

Westbrook Village has over 3900 homes, which is substantially smaller than any of the Sun City communities, which contain 30,000 - 40,000 residents each, but it's entrance doesn't disappoint, as the community is very pretty.

Westbrook Village has two large recreational complexes, complete with Olympic size pools; spas; tennis courts; golf courses; on-site restaurants.; and a fine arts learning center. There are plenty of classes and community activities.

Housing options at Westbrook Village include single family dwellings, patio homes, town homes, and condominiums.

FEES: are based on the type of property you own. Single family residents pay $507/yr. Patio homes and condos pay more because the individual associations charge in addition to the larger Westbrook Village assocation.

The Westbrook Village Golf Club has two 18-hole regulation courses. Rates vary by season from $35 to $64.  You can purchase a membership for a one-time payment of $2500 + an annual fee of $2895 for a single or $4720 for a couple.
