Trilogy at Vistancia opened for sales in February 2004. They are still building, so you have the option of getting a brand new to-be-built home or if you don't want to wait, you can purchase a home that is just a couple years old.
FEES: are $452/quarterly for basic HOA. Golf memberships have additional monthly fees.
