Trilogy at Power Ranch is a golf retirement community for active adults located near the San Tan Mountains just outside of
Phoenix in

Trilogy at Power Ranch comprises 670 acres of the 2,000 acre Power Ranch master planned community. Only the Trilogy section is age restricted for Active Adults 55+. The rest of Power Ranch is a family friendly environment. Upon completion Trilogy at Power Ranch will include almost 2,000 homes.
Trilogy at Power Ranch opened for sales in 1999 completed sales in fall 2007, but you can purchase a resale home that is just a couple years old.

Golf - Acclaimed designer Dick Bailey created the beautiful Trilogy golf course, highlighted by slightly rolling terrain and panoramic views of the San Tan, Superstition and Goldfield Mountains. This is truly a championship links course and one of the Valley’s premier golf experiences.
FEES: are $315/quarterly for basic HOA, which includes access to all of the amenities and clubhouse, except the golf course.
The golf course is a par 71 public course open to residents and the general public. Rates are seasonal and vary from $20 to $54 per round
