IMPORTANT UPDATE: This highly anticipated community has been put on hold indefinitely. The builder, Engle Homes, has filed bankruptcy and WILL NOT be opening this community. The most likely scenario will be that another builder will buy out the project at some point, but for now, the models will sit there unopened, and nobody, including Engle Homes or Newland Communities (master developer of Estrella) has any answers about when...or if, this community will ever be opened as planned. Both Engle Homes and Newland Communities have removed the entire community information from their websites.
