Margaret Stephens has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1993. She started her real estate career in 1993 In Glastonbury CT before moving to Scottsdale AZ in 1994. Specializing in the sales and marketing of homes in the Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas, she is very adept at helping people relocate into or out of the area, as well as finding 2nd homes for snowbirds looking to escape the winter months in their home states.

Because of her extensive knowledge of the area and home values, investors started heavily seeking her guidance in 2004 and have been continuously pleased with her suggestions and counseling about area investment options that offer the highest and best returns.

Personal Information

Margaret is a native of Canada and moved to Southern California as a child. She lived in several areas of Southern California, including Encino where as a “Valley Girl” she earned her merit badges in shopping and mall navigation.

Margaret’s entire family was heavily involved in competitive duplicate bridge and in 1976 they opened a bridge club in the “South Bay” area of Torrance/Redondo Beach where she lived until 1989. She met her husband and soul mate while playing at a tournament in San Diego, and the rest as they say, is history.

Margaret and her husband moved to Connecticut in 1989 for a job transfer and then moved to Scottsdale in 1994.

She is happily married to Terry Stephens, a commercial real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. They are both golf enthusiasts and have started exploring golf vacations. Because of their busy schedules, they eat out frequently, so she will be happy to give you recommendations on restaurants. And the former “Valley Girl” still loves to shop.
