Corte Bella is another Del Webb creation. It's Del Webb's first gated active adult country club, and the first of its kind in the Phoenix area. With only 1,650 homes, the intention was to keep the community feeling small and intimate. Corte Bella completed sales in October 2007, but homes are only a few years old so it's almost like buying something brand new. All homes at Corte Bella are single family dwellings.
 
All residents have automatic social membership in the country club. Full golf membership is $25,000.

Corte Bella social membership priviledges include:

Unlimited use of the fitness club and outdoor amenities, including the pool, spa and courts • Use of the social club's mult-purpose rooms and enjoyment of the Anacapa Grille • Discounted green fees and limited access to the golf course • Access to the golf club and pro shop

Other Corte Bella amenities include:

7,500 square foot social club with an on-site Activities Director • 10,000 square foot fitness club and day spa that includes spa treatment rooms, separate men's and women's lounges and locker rooms, indoor whirlpool and saunas, and private sun patios. Additional services such as massages and facials can be arranged by request.

18-hole private regulation course designed by Greg Nash. Membership is for residents only and costs $25,000 for full golf priviledges. All Corte Bella residents automatically have social memberships included as part of their HOA fees.
